The terms and conditions for the stall are:

- The stalls will be ready by 4^th Sept, where the countries can start doing decoration on 5^th Sept

- A store room will be provided at CAC which will be closed at 11:15pm

- The size of the booth is 2.5 x 3 meters. With a power supply plug and a table as usual.

- Opening time: All the stalls has to be ready by 10:00 am

- This year, a prize will be given to the best country booth. The judging criteria are: punctuality (opening & closing time), cultural artifact, layout, cleanliness, ability to attract the crowd.

2. Open Workshop

- To present your culture

- To be confirmed by 24^th Aug (Friday)

3. Food Fair

- Venue: Food Fair Area (see fig above)

- Preparation: Either cook on your own or use the place near Transportation Unit.

- Time: Anytime when the food is ready till the stalls closed.

- Foods are allowed to be sold at a reasonable price.

4. Cultural Stage

- Duration: 20 minutes

- Prize: Best Cultural Stage Performance

Bonus: 10 marks for punctuality (To be at the stage 10 minutes earlier)

- Date & Time: 8^th Sept, 07 (Saturday) Number 13.

- To be confirmed by 24^th Aug (Friday) – Short description of performance and Presentation slide about country (10-15 min)

5. Closing Ceremony

- Date: 10^th Sept, 07 (Monday)

- To send a brief description about the performance by 24^th Aug (FRI)

- Audition for a Unity Play – (1 or 2 students from each country) sms Name & Contact # to Br. Faisal (019 – 2077 617) by 27^th Aug (MON)

6. Sisters Cultural Night

- Date: 11^th Sept, 07 (Tuesday)

7. Exhibition for Islamic Civilization

- Venue: CAC Foyer

- To be done: Send brief information on Islamic Civilization in your country. Please include: the country’s official religion, population, what are the problems Muslims in the region are facing, etc. (send by Monday 27^th Aug)
